How Often Should I Come In for Treatments?

The frequency of your treatments depends on your skin type, concerns, and the specific service:

  • Microneedling: Typically every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin’s healing and goals. A series of 3–6 sessions is often recommended for best results.

  • Acne Treatments: Usually every 2 weeks at the beginning, then spacing out as your skin improves.

  • Regular Facials / Maintenance: Every 4–6 weeks to maintain skin health, hydration, and overall glow.

Your esthetician will create a custom schedule based on your skin’s needs and desired results. Consistency is key for lasting improvements!

Can I Get a Treatment if I’m Pregnant, on Medications, or Have Sensitive Skin?

Your safety is always our top priority. Some treatments may need to be modified or avoided depending on your situation:

  • Pregnancy: Certain treatments, like microneedling or certain chemical peels, are not recommended during pregnancy. Facials, lymphatic massage, and safe skincare are usually fine.

  • Medications: Some medications, like Accutane or strong retinoids, may prevent certain treatments. Let us know what you’re taking so we can customize your service safely.

  • Sensitive Skin: We can adjust treatments and products to suit sensitive skin, using gentle techniques to minimize irritation and maximize results.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service will apply.

This policy helps us maintain our schedule and provide openings for other clients. Thank you for your understanding!

Can You Accommodate Two People at Once?

We’re happy to schedule appointments for friends or family! While we cannot accommodate both clients at the same time, we can usually book back-to-back appointments.
